Terms & Conditions

Shipping: Most in stock orders are shipped within 1 business day. Orders that contain items that are out of stock usually ship within 3-5 business days. Items noted in the description as special order items or non-stocked items will indicate the typical lead time.

We make every effort to utilize the most economical method of delivery. Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail with a flat $5.00 shipping charge. We try to ship heavier items such as starters, starter clutches, or magneto’s via USPS Flat Rate boxes for $10.

Items such as tires, blades, batteries, and other heavy, odd shaped or bulky items are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and your order will be charged the amount indicated. Expedited delivery is available upon request.

International Orders: Please contact us via email to discuss your specific requirements. We will NOT ship to Africa, Asia or Central America. All other countries will be considered on a case by case basis.

Payments: Payments may be made through PayPal, USPS Money Order, company check, or personal check. Orders will NOT be shipped until payment has cleared. If paying with any method other than PayPal please include a copy of your order with your payment.

Return Policy: GravelyGarage.com (R3 Tractor Services) offers a 15-day satisfaction guarantee. Customers desiring to return merchandise must do so within 15 days. A 15% re-stocking fee may apply. A Return of Materials Authorization (RMA) is required on all returns. Please email us at custservice@gravelygarage.com to receive authorization. GravelyGarage.com is responsible for defective merchandise. If a product is defective, we will exchange the product, or, if we are unable to offer an exchange, we will refund your money. We do not refund for shipping costs.

Sales Tax: Currently, sales tax will apply to all orders shipping within the state of Ohio at the rate of 6.5%. No sales tax on Ohio will be charged if we have a current resale tax certificate on file for your business.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Once your order is placed, your price will not be affected for that order if there is a change in price. GravelyGarage.com will not honor pricing due to server errors, or purchases made through backdoor or cached pages.
